Butterfield Stage Center is a mixed-use project currently being processed through the County of Riverside for approval. It is located in the French Valley area of Temecula/Murrieta, California. When completed, it will consist of approximately 46,000 square feet of retail along with two townhomes projects of 90 units and 151 units respectively. It is anticipated that the retail portion of the project will break ground in the 3rd quarter of 2023 with the townhomes following in 2024.
