Seabridge Marina Center, is a high-end specialty retail and office project that was completed in June 2008. The complex is located on the Channel Islands Harbor as part of the highly successful Seabridge Master Planned Community developed by D.R. Horton. The project is anchored by 24-Hour Fitness and includes such tenants as Me & Ed’s Pizza, Marble Slab Creamery and local favorite Yolanda’s Mexican Restaurant. The project contains two 2-story buildings totaling 65,650 sq. ft., located directly on the waterfront at the main entrance to the Marina. Construction was completed July 2008.
